Our sessions are all 1 hour in length and we together determine how often you may need to have coaching.

Who it’s for: Busy SME leaders or owners who don’t have time or resources to train or develop their leaders (team leaders, supervisors, managers, directors, to the top)

What it is: A practical, results-focused program combining group training, 1:1 coaching, and owner check-ins to build capable, confident leaders who can make decisions, manage teams, and drive results.

How it works:

• Month 1: 1-hour consultation with you + 1-hour group session with your leaders to pinpoint gaps.
   
• Month 2+: Up to 2 hours of monthly group training + 1:1 coaching for each leader (max 5) + 1-hour monthly owner check-in.
   
• Topics tailored to your team: Leadership, communication, delegation, confidence, team building, time management, and more.

• Leaders who act independently and confidently.

Investment:

• Consultation/setup: $1,000
• Ongoing (month 2 and after): $2,000/month (per group of up to 5 leaders)

Leadership mentoring and coaching is a great way to build your new or seasoned leaders.  Whether they need help with leadership skills or stress, we are here to coach them to success.

If you have more than 1 leader who requires coaching or mentoring, we offer corporate discounts based on contracted coaching hours per month.

From 6 - 9 hours coaching per month is 10% off hourly rate.

From 10-15 hours coaching per month is 15% off hourly rate.

Over 16 hours coaching per month is 20% off hourly rate.

Program is billed on a monthly basis and not annually.
