RISE TO LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Unlock your leadership potential with our dynamic monthly series! From mastering goal-setting and effective communication to building high-performing teams, navigating change, and managing time like a pro, each session equips you with practical skills to lead confidently and inspire success.
A 6-module small group (1-6 people) program designed to help new leaders, leaders-to-be or seasoned leaders looking for a refresher:
- Develop key leadership skills through training
- Overcome your challenges through leadership coaching
- Be accountable to your leadership goals through accountability and Q&A sessions
- Provide you resources and tools to enhance your leadership skills
- Encourage community and collaboration through networking opportunities
NOTE: Only want in certain months based on topic? Please indicate that on the registration form.
The Pioneers of Influence (PI) Cohort (all 6 modules) starts February 5, 2025 for 4 weeks each month.
The Leadership Navigators (LN) group - those wanting less than all 6 modules starts February 7th 2025 for 4 weeks each month.
What’s in it for you?
- Every other week is up to 1- 1.5 hours of group leadership training through engaging conversation and discussion
- Every other week is up to 1- 1.5 hours of group coaching to hold you accountable to your goals, and a Q&A

February – Let’s Talk Leadership - Empowering new leaders with insights into what leadership means and skills to inspire their teams and drive success from day one. Includes Inclusive Leadership.

LN Group - February 7, 14, 21, 28 from 2pm to 3:30pm EST
March – Setting Goals and Achieving Them - Equipping participants with essential tools and techniques to set clear, achievable goals and create actionable plans for personal and professional success.
PI Cohort - March 5, 12, 19, 26 from 11am to 12:30pm EST
LN Group - March 7, 14, 21, 28 from 2pm to 3:30pm EST
April – Let’s Talk - Learn how to foster open communication, build trust, and enhance teamwork to achieve shared goals effectively. Also includes connecting to others besides employees.
PI Cohort - April 2, 9, 16, 23 from 11am to 12:30pm EST
LN Group - April 4, 11, 25, May 2 from 2pm to 3:30pm
May – Creating Great Teams - Develop the skills to build, motivate, and sustain high-performing teams that work collaboratively to achieve outstanding results. Includes coaching employees to success.
PI Cohort - May 7, 14, 21, 28 from 11am to 12:30pm EST
LN Group - May 9, 16, 23, 30 from 2pm to 3:30pm EST
June – Change Happens – Learn the tools and strategies to effectively manage change, navigate uncertainty, and lead teams through transitions with confidence and resilience. Also includes professional development of you and your employees to be adaptable.
PI Cohort - June 4, 11, 18, 25 from 11am to 12:30pm EST
LN Group - June 6, 13, 20, 27 from 2pm to 3:30pm EST
July – It’s All About Time - helping new leaders master the art of prioritizing tasks, managing their time efficiently, and staying organized to enhance productivity and lead their teams effectively. Also includes stress management.
PI Cohort - July 2, 9, 16, 23 from 11am to 12:30pm EST
LN Group - Friday July 11, 18, 25, Aug 1 from 2pm to 3:30pm
**A certificate of completion will be awarded for each module fully completed.
Payment Options:
Plan 1: For the whole program (Pioneers of Influence Cohort) of 6 months a one-time payment of $5000 CAD covers everything - due prior to February 1.
Plan 2: For the whole program (Pioneers of Influence Cohort)- $2600 CAD due prior to February 1 and $2600 CAD due prior to April 1.
OPTION: Only come to the months you want to as part of our Leadership Navigators Group. Complete the registration form and ensure you indicate which months you wish to attend. Price is $1000 CAD per month indicated due prior to the first of each month.

We believe in your ability to lead effectively.
We want to help you build more confidence leading teams, have stronger skills to manage challenges and be effective for the organization.
We will share how leadership is not the same as managing, tips to avoid communication pitfalls, tools to help you build effective teams, information on ensuring your time is managed effectively and efficiently, and more.
These are the stepping stones for you to become the great leaders you aspire to be!
Our definition of who is a business leader: Anyone who has direction over other employees.
Some titles include team leaders, project leaders, supervisors, managers or associate directors, and those above these levels, and yes…internal mentors.
Who is this event perfect for? New leaders, those who would like to be leaders or who were made leaders without training, or wanting to offer their skills within the organization as mentors or coaches.
This FREE event is packed full of tips, tools and Q&A time to give you a great start to building your leadership skills.
