RISE TO LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Unlock your leadership potential with our dynamic monthly series! From mastering goal-setting and effective communication to building high-performing teams, navigating change, and managing time like a pro, each session equips you with practical skills to lead confidently and inspire success. This unique program is a mix of coaching, training, accountability, and interactive support.
A 6-module small group (2-6 people) program designed to help new leaders, leaders-to-be or seasoned leaders:
- Develop key leadership skills through training
- Overcome your challenges through leadership coaching
- Be accountable to your leadership goals through accountability and Q&A sessions
- Provide you resources and tools to enhance your leadership skills
- Encourage community and collaboration through networking opportunities

June – Change Happens – Learn the tools and strategies to effectively manage change, navigate uncertainty, and lead teams through transitions with confidence and resilience. Also includes professional development of you and your employees to be adaptable.
June 4, 11, 18, 25 from 11am to 12:30pm EST or
July – It’s All About Time - helping new leaders master the art of prioritizing tasks, managing their time efficiently, and staying organized to enhance productivity and lead their teams effectively. Also includes stress management.
July 2, 9, 16, 23 from 11am to 12:30pm EST or
September – Let’s Talk Leadership - Empowering new leaders with insights into what leadership means and skills to inspire their teams and drive success from day one. Includes Inclusive Leadership.

October – Setting Goals and Achieving Them - Equipping participants with essential tools and techniques to set clear, achievable goals and create actionable plans for personal and professional success.

November – Let’s Talk - Learn how to foster open communication, build trust, and enhance teamwork to achieve shared goals effectively. Also includes connecting to others besides employees.

**A certificate of completion will be awarded for each module fully completed.
Payment Options:
OPTION 1: Buy multiple modules at once and receive $200 off for each module purchased. (Min 2 modules paid prior to the first of the month of the first module.)
OPTION 2 : Only come to the one month you want. Price is $1000 CAD for the month indicated due prior to the first of that month.
OPTION 2: Commit to the months you wish and meet 1:1 at a mutual time for each month. Cost is $1000 CAD due prior to the first of each chosen month. Want all 6 modules 1:1? Pay $5000 and we will determine your timeline.

We will share how leadership is not the same as managing, tips to avoid communication pitfalls, tools to help you build effective teams, information on ensuring your time is managed effectively and efficiently, and more.
These are the stepping stones for you to become the great leaders you aspire to be!
Our definition of who is a business leader: Anyone who has direction over other employees.
Some titles include team leaders, project leaders, supervisors, managers or associate directors, and those above these levels, and yes…internal mentors.
Who is this event perfect for? New leaders, those who would like to be leaders or who were made leaders without training, or wanting to offer their skills within the organization as mentors or coaches.
This FREE event is packed full of tips, tools and Q&A time to give you a great start to building your leadership skills.
